Additional Bank Transfers
An administrative fee is charged for managing multiple bank transfers or for upgrading a transfer to a same-day payment, such as when sale proceeds are allocated to various owners (£45 per transfer). The funds for the purchase will be sent to the other party's conveyancer via same-day payment, with these fees already included in your provided quote.
